4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

When you make your first deposit at kkk44 you will receive a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus the following conditions must be met:
- The bonus amount must be wagered at least 10 times (10x) before withdrawal.
- If the wagering requirements are not met within the set time limit after the bonus is activated, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once — it cannot be claimed more than once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be used as gaming balance.
5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 VIP Program
The kkk44 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
VIP tier upgrades depend on your playing activity and contribution to the platform. kkk44 reserves the right to change VIP benefits and terms.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
If we suspect that a member is abusing the bonus system — such as through low-risk betting, guaranteed outcome strategies or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts — kkk44 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
6 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
kkk44 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any form of fraudulent or manipulative methods.
- Gaining unfair advantages through software bots, automation tools or any other technical means.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or illegal financing.
- Harassing other members or attempting to gain unauthorised access to their accounts.
- Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the platform for personal gain (such issues must be reported).
In the event of any of the above violations, kkk44 reserves the right to immediately terminate the account, forfeit all balances and take legal action where necessary.
7 Account Suspension and Termination
7.1 kkk44's Right to Take Action
kkk44 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
- Providing false or incorrect registration information.
- Detection of fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
- Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
- Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
- For any legal or regulatory reason.
7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to voluntarily close your account, you may submit a request through our 24/7 live chat support or by email. Any pending wagering may need to be completed or the bonus cancelled before the account is closed.
8 Limitation of Liability
